How Mike Fights a DWI

After 25 years of DWI trials, Mike knows exactly where these cases fall apart:

  • The stop. If the officer lacked reasonable suspicion to pull you over, everything that follows can be suppressed.
  • Field sobriety tests. These tests are subjective, frequently administered incorrectly, and challengeable.
  • The breath or blood test. Maintenance records, calibration logs, observation periods, and chain of custody are all attack points.
